Lifestyle Outlets appoints Savills to support rapid business growth

Lifestyle Outlets has appointed Savills to work alongside Johnstone Property in supporting its rapid business growth following the announcement of their latest development, Lifestyle Outlets Glasgow.

The company, part of Peel Land and Property, reported an impressive 10.4 percent increase in sales at its two operational outlets in 2017, in contrast to slowing high street sales.

Adrian Wright, Leasing Director of Lifestyle Outlets, comments: “As Lifestyle Outlets continues to grow at a dramatic pace, the support of Savills across retail and food and beverage leasing will prove helpful in the continuation of our future success and ambitious development plans.”

Lifestyle Outlets’ in-house leasing team will work alongside Savills and Johnstone Property to continue securing a strong pipeline of lease deals whilst continuing with rising sales and new store openings against a UK backdrop of declining high street sales.

Savills’ Head of National Retail, Stuart Moncur commented: “The prospect of continuing the Lifestyle Outlets success story and its exciting future development plans is a definite driver for delivering success for the business.”

Lifestyle Outlets has become synonymous with creating a better generation of outlet destinations. Recent store openings included Jack Wills, Joules, Ted Baker, Lindt, The Cosmetic Company Store, Cath Kidston, Cote and Wagamama.

Lifestyle Outlets continues to collaborate with quality brands giving its customers an enhanced retail, leisure, dining and entertainment experience with their award winning events. These brands include such well-known names as Marks & Spencer, Next, Skechers, L.K.Bennett, Calvin Klein, Jaeger, Nike, AllSaints, Levi’s, Cineworld, Virgin Active,  Zizzi, Wagamamas, Pizza Express and Bill’s.
